Since 1985 Spec-Air has provided Environmentally-Friendly Evaporative Cooling Products that are very effective at cooling buildings requiring outdoor air to meet air quality standards, and we do it using a fraction of the energy required by Typical Packaged Air Conditioning Systems.
Our products are most efficient in dryer climates, where they can provide all of the comfort cooling required without the use of Ozone depleting CFC refrigerants. In moderate climates we can sensibly cool the incoming air and reduce the peak energy demand working in conjunction with DX systems. In either case, depending on your application we can reduce the energy usage 30 to 70%.
