| SPEC model SSC10 |
Indirect/Direct evaporative cooled rooftop air handler to provide 20,000 CFM of makeup air. Unit will provide supply air at 66/63 degrees F at summer design of 105/71 degrees F or 71 tons with 39.6 EER with no mechanical cooling. Unit options include 304 stainless steel casing, intake louver and screen, 2” permanent intake filters, shut off damper and factory mounted controls.

Direct evaporative cooling unit to handle 50, 000 CFM is designed with panel construction, a structural channel base, sloped roof and finished with a two part epoxy paint which are all standard features on this model. This cooler is designed for large industrial or commercial buildings looking to temper the air in the building without the equipment or operating costs of mechanical cooling. This type of unit will use 30 – 40% of the energy of mechanical cooling and maintain temperatures below 85 degrees on a design summer day when sized properly. |

| Spec-Air ACER Model |
This unit is designed to mount directly to a Trane packaged DX rooftop unit. The ACER comes in two standard configurations a MUA model and Energy recovery model. A typical rooftop unit has the capacity to handle a maximum of 25% outside air at design conditions, by adding the ACER the outside air is pre-cooled down to a typical building return air temperature allowing the rooftop unit to provide up to 100% outside air without increasing the capacity of the unit when the energy recovery model is used. Applications include offices, apartments, hotels, schools, medical facilities, etc. |

| Condenser Pre-Coolers |
Our Condenser Pre-Coolers increase the capacity and efficiency of packaged air conditioning units by reducing the ambient air across the condenser coil 20 to 30 degrees increasing unit efficiency up to 20% and capacity as much as 12%. The Pre-Cooler uses direct evaporative cellulose media 4” or 6” thick providing up to 70% saturation efficiency. It is supplies as a kit with pre-assembled panel and all the hardware for mounting the sections to the condenser section with minimal installation cost. The unit shown is a 130 ton rooftop with a three panel pre-cooler constructed of 304 stainless steel with a common sump, this pre-cooler increased the unit capacity 8% and the overall efficiency 12%. These installations in the bay area of California help the customer acquire LEED accreditation on an existing building. |

| SPEC Model SSC2-10 |
This unit is a large Indirect/Direct unit with two stage 2 section to form a tunnel to get supply air capacity greater than 28,000 CFM. The unit is a complete year round cooling and heating unit with a large indirect gas fired heating section. On this unit the direct evaporative cooling section has been separated from the indirect section to increase the efficiency by 10%. Other options include a mix section with low leakage modulating dampers, 2” pre-filters and high efficiency final filters. This unit provides all the comfort cooling and heating for a large manufacturing facility in Central CA. Other applications for this unit are Casinos, Prison facilities, Water treatment facilities, Military, Schools and more. |

| SPEC Model SSS2-12 |
The SPEC Model SSS2-12 are two custom build Indirect evaporative cooling unit to handle 40,000 CFM. Each unit provides 60 tons of cooling for a dairy in South America without the use of mechanical cooling. The units were designed to be split down the full length of the unit to allow each piece of the unit to ship in a overseas container. Each section had a separate supply fan and motor assembly, indirect evaporative cooler and two stage filtration, all the controls were factory mounted and tested prior to shipment.
